Enrollment Deposit
Incoming undergraduate students must submit an enrollment deposit to reserve their spot in the incoming class. Learn more by selecting your student type.
First-year or transfer student status is determined based on information submitted
at the time of your application to an undergraduate degree program. Graduate
students have already completed an undergraduate baccalaureate degree
program. Second bachelor’s degree students will pay the transfer student
enrollment deposit. Refer to your admission letter to confirm your student
type.
Contact your admission team member with any questions.
Paying your first-year enrollment deposit
Once you’ve been admitted and decide you want to attend ASU as a first-year student, your next
step is to reserve your spot in the incoming class by submitting the $300 enrollment deposit. We
encourage students to submit their enrollment deposit to commit to ASU as soon as they feel
ready. You can submit your enrollment deposit beginning Oct. 1.
Once the enrollment deposit has been made, you will be able to access your New Student
Orientation Experience and begin the enrollment process for your first semester. You will also be
able to confirm your housing and meal plan preferences in ASU’s housing portal. Students
should note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for their enrollment deposit status to reflect in the housing portal. ASU’s priority date to confirm housing is May 15 for the fall semester.

step is to reserve your spot in the incoming class by submitting the $250 graduate enrollment
deposit. This university enrollment deposit allows you to begin your next steps toward enrollment,

Students admitted to more than one master’s program in the same term need to submit the
university enrollment deposit only once. Upon admission to additional master’s programs, you will
be required to submit the degree selection form. Your university enrollment deposit payment will
be applied to the program you select on that form. You do not need to wait to be admitted to
