Any currently enrolled ASU student who does not meet initial eligibility requirements as a first-year or transfer student can be re-evaluated after completing 12 credit hours at ASU with a minimum 2.50 ASU cumulative GPA. Students can email WUE@asu.edu to be reviewed once final grades are posted at the end of a fall or spring term.

No, students are not required to live on campus to be part of WUE. However, as a first-year student, you're expected to live on the campus of your major. You will live in a supportive, close-knit residential college community designed to help you succeed at ASU.

No, if a student is removed from WUE for not meeting requirements, their removal is final and affects all subsequent terms at ASU.

All active WUE students must complete a minimum of 24 ASU credit hours and maintain a minimum 2.00 ASU cumulative GPA for the academic year by the end of each spring semester in order to have your WUE renewed for the next academic year.
No, the WUE program is only available to students earning their first baccalaureate degree. However, students who have earned a bachelor's degree and are interested in a graduate degree should check out the Western Regional Graduate Program at ASU WGRP program. Seniors preparing to graduate who need fewer than full-time hours to complete their degree will remain eligible while attending part-time.
